The Corporation's contingency and investment funds shall be allocated as follows:

Percentage of total contingency and investment funds	Investment vehicle
25-35%	6-month CD's
20-30%	"Very seasoned" 3-4 year GNMA's
15-25%	Corporate & convertible bonds
10-15%	Preferred stocks
5-10%	Mutual funds
0-5%	Individual stocks
